At Stufd, we take every precaution to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and intact. Each bar is handcrafted in small batches and made to order to deliver the highest quality and freshness. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping process and terms:


Order Processing Times

  • Processing times refer to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and depend on order volume and seasonality:
    • Standard Periods: Processing times are typically 1 week.
    • High Volume Periods (e.g., holidays, product launches): Processing times may take up to 2 weeks.
  • Every chocolate bar is handmade and crafted in small batches, ensuring your order is made fresh, just for you.

(Please note that Shopify's stated processing times are default estimates and do not reflect the timeline for our made-to-order process.)


Shipping Times

  • Shipping times refer to the time it takes for your order to reach you after it has been shipped.
  • Depending on your location and the shipping method selected, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days once shipped.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to Warm States

  • As we ship from Los Angeles, CA, orders sent to warm states or regions where temperatures regularly exceed 70°F may be affected by heat.
  • During transit, chocolates may be exposed to heat. While we take every precaution and ship in insulated packaging, melting is still possible during extreme temperatures.
  • For the best results, we recommend selecting shipping options with delivery times of 1-3 days to minimize transit time.
  • Please note that all orders shipped to warm states are considered "ship at your own risk."

Address and Shipping Method Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address and selected shipping method before completing your order.
  • Once a shipping label has been created, we cannot issue refunds or make changes to the address.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if a product refund is issued, as these fees go directly to the courier.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or if you experience an issue with delivery, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at info@stufdsweets.com.
  • Include your order number, photos of the damaged items, and the original packaging.
  • While we do our best to prevent issues, we are not responsible for melted chocolates shipped to warm states or orders outside our guaranteed shipping area.
