Refund policy

Damages and Issues

We understand that things can sometimes go wrong during shipping. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at stufdchocolate@gmail.com if:

  • Your item arrives damaged.
  • You receive the wrong product.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality and safety of our products:

  • We do not accept returns on perishable items, including chocolate bars or any edible products.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Products arrive damaged, and photographic proof is provided within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect items are received.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you don’t see your refund within 15 business days, reach out to us at stufdchocolate@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of our products. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
